About Claire Missick

Claire Missick is an international legal scholar focused on public international law, with particular interests in international aviation law, outer space law, and inter-State dispute resolution. Her research examines the legal rights and obligations of States arising from aviation and outer space activities, with the goal of informing treaty interpretation, national space legislation, and the peaceful resolution of inter-State disputes. She is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Air and Space Law at McGill University's Institute of Air and Space Law.
